Ahh, the dreaded question everyone has… “Yes it’s custom photography, but HOW MUCH DOES IT COST!?” I try my best to keep prices very reasonable and as versatile as possible for the average family. I pour my heart into each session to customize them specifically for your child or family, and really pride myself in the lasting relationships, customer service and entire session experience I am able to personally give you.

I've tried to simplify the session options below as best as I can, but would love to talk with you further if you have any additional questions as you make your decisions. I want you to be fully aware of everything available ahead of time, without any hidden costs, before you book your session.

Standard Child/Family Session - $425

- Includes about a 1.5 hour session for up to 6 immediate family members. ($20 per each additional person)      
- Price includes approximately 50+ high resolution digital images with personal print release. All images are fully edited and placed in a private online proofing system for 14 days.      
- Child sessions can be indoor or outdoor sessions. Full family sessions are best done on-location for versatility and space.     
- A $200 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract/model release form is due to officially book your date. This retainer will be applied to the full child/family cost noted above. The remaining balance is due in full by the day of your session.      
- Once your gallery is ready, you will have the additional options to purchase a la carte print products. All physical print products are subject to additional sales tax and standard shipping fees.

Extended Family Session - $525

- Multiple family groups coming together up to 12 people. ($20 per each additional person) 
- All listed above for a Standard Child/Family Session applies here.
- A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to book your session date. A signed contract/model release from EACH participating family is required prior to your session.      
- Returning client discounts do NOT apply to this session option.

Mini-Sessions! - $300 

**Some restrictions apply and these sessions are on a limited availability** 

- Includes a 25 minute session for up to 5 immediate family members ONLY.      
- Price includes approximately 15-20 high resolution digital images with personal print release. All images are fully edited and placed in a private online proofing system for 14 days.      
- These sessions are all done on-location and MUST be within a 20 minute radius of the Lee’s Summit studio. These are strictly at ONE location with various family groupings/poses allowed for this type of session. If you want to travel farther than allowed, a standard child/family session above will be required.      
- The full $300 and a signed contract/model release form is due to officially book your date. This payment is non-refundable, but may be transferable in certain circumstances.      
- Once your gallery is ready, you will have the additional options to purchase a la carte print products. All physical print products are subject to additional sales tax and standard shipping fees.      
- Returning client discounts do NOT apply to this session option.


1st Year Cake Smash & Balloon Package Add-on - $75

This is an add on to a standard child/family session ONLY. (This option can NOT be added on to any mini-session option because of time constraints.)      

- I coordinate with a local baker to provide a custom made cake and a few coordinating balloons to put the extra added touch of celebration to your 1 year session.      
- I will coordinate any themes you may have for the set up of the cake smash portion and will discuss any specific props/items you may be responsible for bringing.       
- Price includes an additional approximate 15 high resolution digital images to your gallery.

Returning Client Rewards:

As I love seeing you and your kiddos over and over again, I like to reward you with a $75 STANDARD print credit for each of your additional sessions! The credit cannot be used on canvas or specialty order items.

(Discounts/credits are already applied to the Watch Me Grow Programs and additional credits/discounts will not be applied to those package costs. Returning client discounts/credits are also not applicable for the Family Mini-Session, or Maternity Mini-Session Add-on option.)
 **Additional tax and shipping fees will apply to any print credit used and any additional print purchases made.


The Small Details:


Session Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

- All retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable in certain circumstances.      - Cancellation and/or reschedule notices by a client must be made no less than 1 week prior to the scheduled session date.      
- Client reschedules require an additional $30 reschedule fee. Any reschedule request less than 1 week's notice requires an additional $50 fee.      
- Weather cancellation/reschedules are determined by Amy Lee Photo and will NOT be charged additional fees.      
- For everyone's safety, if you have a sick family member, or showing signs of runny nose, sore throat or fever, please reschedule. I would rather work out a different date and have happy/feeling good clients to work with.


All prints are professionally printed at a commercial printer. The LUSTRE finish is the standard finish used unless otherwise requested. It holds the color saturation of glossy prints without the amount of glare, and it has the fingerprint resistance of matte. All print orders will be shipped directly to you within 5-10 business days, excluding holidays. Print color and quality cannot be guaranteed when files are printed through another 3rd party printer, although you have that privilege to print where you’d like to with the digital print release documents. Client assumes all risks associated with printing other than through Amy Lee Photo.

For the convenience of proofing, ordering and sharing with friends and family, all photo sessions will be available in a secure online proofing gallery. For all sessions, please allow around 2-3 weeks from your shoot date before your proofs are online. You will be emailed a link and password directly to the gallery when all photos have been edited and posted online.

Your personal gallery will stay online for 14 days with any additional payment balances due by the 17th day. If no orders have been placed within that time and payment has not been received, then the gallery will be taken off of the site and no longer listed or allowed to be ordered from. A RE-LISTING/LATE FEE of $30 will apply for a request to enable viewing and continue with order placement, or for late orders and payment. Digital file link downloads will be available for 2 weeks before expiring.

It is recommended that you save these images in multiple locations and burn them to a disc or save them to an external hard drive or flash drive. Amy Lee Photo is not responsible for any personally lost files and cannot guarantee to still have your digital copies saved more than 6 months after your session to replace if they are personally lost, corrupted, or have hardware failures.
